Mel’s Small Engine started in 2000 as a one man service only shop for lawn and garden equipment and air-cooled engines. Since then the business has added an addition of four employees, is selling several lines of lawn and garden equipment, four different engine brands and is noted for skid loader repair and used equipment sales. The business is growing and we are now in the process of another expansion with more innovative ideas for your lawn and outdoor areas. Stay tuned for further updates!
We are located in northeast Nebraska. Bancroft is a small town of four hundred people and we service customers in a radius of forty to fifty miles and even further away. It is these customers that have made our business a success. Our quality of equipment, our quality of service and our commitment to our customer’s satisfaction is what makes us the place to go.
